Community Agreements

We work hard to create Community Agreements that espouse our collective desires for inclusion, safety, and mutual support.

We create them in community, not in a vacuum. They evolve as we do. If you see something that’s missing from our Agreements, let’s talk about it.

And, in the unlikely event that someone is being a jerk about following them, please raise it and we will be happy to show that person out.

Agreement 1

We support and challenge each other with consent.

No one here is seeking criticism, cynicism, or judgement. We find consent-based ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.

Agreement 2

We share generously. 

Our stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.

Agreement 3

We don’t spam, promote, or troll. 

This community exists to help you learn. It’s not a place to spam, promote your services, or bully anyone else.
