How to Join

We practice compassionate exclusion; we seek out our kindreds and ask all who wish to join to apply to become members so the Coven continues to be:

New communities often fail because their shared interests are too broad or not defined. Sure, we want to talk to every rad, queer, fat, disabled person of color we meet—but we are less likely to come together in meaningful ways and in deep connection without something that binds us.

We’re coaches. We’re radicals. We come together with a shared desire.

rich with representation

This is not a Networking Club for Wealthy White Male Executive Coaches.

We seek a Coven whose experiences and presentations reflect the world we live in, whose values align with ours. We bring our experiences to bear to challenge each other’s assumptions and beliefs we bring to our work. If our community is homogenous, we lose that.

safe and inclusive

All members must learn and understand our Community Agreements prior to joining the coven. No trolls, no TERFs, no jerks allowed.

Also, we take great care in collecting information that can help us make you feel welcome and cared for, including asking for pronouns and access needs.

With all that being said, rest assured that if you’re still here after reading all that, you’re likely to get a gold star on your application.
